Students move through an engaging 7-step process as they identify how they want to feel in class, discuss what makes a classroom feel safe and respectful, recognize classroom “red flags” and “green flags,” and narrow their ideas into shared non-negotiables. They’ll also explore what those expectations look and sound like in action before completing a personal commitment to the classroom community.
