Interactive Google Slides "A Tale of Two Foods"
 
Students are asked to select two food items and compare their nutritional facts labels to decide which food item would be a healthier option. Students will fill out the food facts label for the two items they select. They will be asked 7 questions to help them determine which food item is healthier and why.
What's Included
A total of 12 pages (+ 2 bonus slides for those who plan on printing):
 
Pages 1-2 - The assignment with instructions along the margins to help students navigate the Google Slides. Cute design that gets student's attention!
Pages 3-12 - 10 Sample Food Labels are provided on the assignment, however students can choose food items from their own home, or internet search if they would like.
Bonus 2 slides at the end (slide 13 and 14) can be printed out for students who plan on using a pencil. Be sure to delete these slides if you don't want to use them.
 
* Note - Assignment can be shared as a "force copy". This will allow students to have their own copy. Simply edit the URL on your copy by replacing the word "edit" with "copy". Open the new URL with the word "copy", and share that link with students.
Assignment can also be downloaded as a PPT to share with students who do not have Google account access.
