2.05 Vitamins and Minerals Chart
Vitamins and minerals are micronutrients. They play an important role in the human body. As you go through the 2.05 lesson, have students fill out the chart.

Students are asked to identify the type (water soluble, fat soluble, or mineral), the benefits, sources, and daily recommended quantity for each vitamin and mineral.
